The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat considers buildings over 150 meters (492 ft) to be skyscrapers. Supertall skyscrapers are buildings over 300 meters in height. According to the CTBUH, only buildings that have been completed are considered part of a city's skyscraper count.
