Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area is in northern Wisconsin. I went camping at one of the free dispersed camping areas in the 27,000 acre State scenic waters area. There are 30 remote campsites, most are only accessible by boat a few by hiking and two by car. There are also 7 group campsites.
