The Safety Squat Bar 2000 places less stress on your vertebrae than a standard straight barbell, making it a safe option for intense squat programs or maximum load lifts. By placing your hands in a neutral grip, stress to the hand and shoulder joints is also reduced. Additionally, the weight is evenly distributed through the PVC pads across your shoulders and back.
