The most perfect day to ride is the day after Labor Day. The tourists are mostly gone, the kids are back in school, and the locals are at work, and the weather is amazing! Mimi and I decided to go on a long ride through the back roads of San Diego to Julian and get some apple pie a la mode. It's nice to have bluetooth communication with your passenger as well to have some great conversation.
