Here’s Day 12 of The #1minutechallenge , a collaboration with 31 different visual artists ranging from photography to animation. The idea is to make one minute of music/Sound Design a day throughout a month, inspired by pieces by these artists. Today I had the honor of working in this incredible picture by @diaz.arcos

I tried to blend in electronic and orchestral sounds together to make it “epic” and textural. The presence of this woman standing up between the smoke and the protest inspired me a lot and I tried to compose a melody that portrayed her courage but still keeping it despairing.
