The Wedding of Fayyaadh and Faaria.

This Wedding holds a special place in our Journey as it is the first time we traveled outside of Cape Town to film a wedding. What I can say is that being out of our element and travelling with gear without an assistant was a nightmare lol. We also realised how different cultures are in different Cities. A prime example is that most (if not all) mosques do not allow Photos/Video for the Nikkah. The pace of the day is also very quick compared to Cape Town as the Wedding is about done just before Magrieb. One thing is for sure, we were treated so amazingly by both the Groom and Brides parents, as well as by all the family and friends. Could go as far to say we became a part of their family. So many good memories were made. Potch is also a very beautiful City. This wedding experience definitely ranks up there for us and although we only met Fayyaadh a few days before the wedding, and Faaria on the morning of the Wedding, we instantly became friends and this made the world of difference on how the wedding day went. By the end of their special day we spoke about the most random things you can think of and that's something special to us. We also filmed the Walima in Cape Town which was a week after the wedding but to keep the Highlight video under 1 hour, we decided to leave all Cape Town footage for the Long Video only. We would definitely like to go back to Potch. Such nice people. We also want to give a very big Shukran to Zaheer, Junaid, Zeenat, Guly, Mishy, Boet and everyone else (don't know all the instagram handles lol) for making the trip and experience very lekker. Our other family at this point basically. Appreciate you all. Fayyaadh and Faaria, Shukran for trusting and letting us be a part of your Special day.
