We dive into another Patreon request about a comic book adaptation about love the extends beyond death and a revenge from the grave. In honor of the late Brandon Lee, this 1994 adaption gets its due with a look at the legacy of this movie that extends more than its production tragedy.

NOTE FROM THE CREATOR
This episode was set to debut after Monster in the Closet, but something strange happened. After researching every detail on the events that happened during the filming of The Crow, I felt it would be more appropriate to examine the movie from a retrospective view. There was some light taps on the gun violence, but I didn't want that to be the main focus. Midway through editing, there was this weird uncomfortable feeling I got. Yet I pressed forward feeling this episode would still work as an homage to the movie.

And then during a day at work, the Trump assassination attempt took place. The episode was 75% complete and at first, I thought maybe there was a chance to still get it released despite the circumstance. But hours later, I found myself watching my 8 month old niece while the TV was showing the details. The feeling went from awkward to uncomfortable. Considering the dark nature of this episode, I felt the best thing to do was to hold off releasing this one and work on something more positive as a distraction. Thankfully, I had zero intentions to scrap the episode. I just wanted some time for things to simmer so it felt better to unleash this. With the Flintstones episode incomplete, I had no other option but to provide something given I like to have a new episode released on my birthday. This has nothing to do with the reboot. I just wanted to get some new material out there in place of what was delayed. If the topics discussed make you feel uncomfortable, I completely understand. This was no an easy one to do. I do urge to watch with caution if some elements of this episode don't work. Thank you.
