I split this video into a few topics to shorten them. In this one I talk more about self awareness and being introverted. I recommend trying to record yourself (such as in a Vlog) and how that can help you rediscover yourself, as I am rediscovering myself. Please listen to what I have to say, take from it what you will, and build yourself up.
