Vincent Lopez & His Orchestra perform the 1929 song "Happy Days Are Here Again" (which later on became the "theme" of FDR's political campaign during the Great Depression). This is a worn record on both sides, so I apologize for the poorer-than-usual audio quality. There are a few other uploads of this on YouTube, so you'll hear some better transfers of this I'm sure; I mainly uploaded this so that I could also upload the flip side (which I enjoy more and has no good quality uploads on YouTube).
