Ingredients:
Brisket whole packer - 1 piece
Mustard - 200 ml
Steak rub - 100 ml

Ingredients spray:
Appel Cider Vinegar - 325 ml
Worcestershire sauce - 80 ml
Appel juice - 150 ml
Jack Daniels - 3 shots

Planning & Schedule:
06h45m - Start your smoker or barbecue. Set it at 160 degrees Celsius or 325 degrees Fahrenheit
06h30m - Start trimming your brisket and rub it with mustard and the barbecue rub.
06h00m - Place your brisket on the smoker
01h00m - Spray the brisket when the core temperature has reached 88 degrees Celsius or 190 degrees Fahrenheit
00h30m - The brisket is finished when the core has reached 93 degrees Celsius or 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the brisket rest for 30 minutes before slicing
