Healthy Oat Pancakes! This recipe has all the basics. It's easy to make, tastes very similar to normal pancakes but with only a fraction of the calories, and it's guilt-free!

RECIPE:
1/2 cup oats or oat flour
1/3 cup milk (I used almond milk)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp granulated or liquid sweetener
a small splash of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt (1/8 tsp)
1 egg
