The Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo opened in Tokyo Midtown Yaesu in April. Last time I had afternoon tea in the lounge, so this time I had a lunch course in the main dining room. I was thrilled by the high-quality and sophisticated dishes that make the most of the taste of the ingredients.
