Welcome to your free weekly yoga flow! Today's yoga flow is just over 17 minutes, and is a good hip opening and grounding flow. It was all the things I needed today, and I really enjoyed this one. I hope you do too! You can also add some extra Sun Salutations, Tree Pose, Dancer Pose if you want to extend your workout. Please let me know in the comments how you liked it 🤍

Things to remember:

• This is your practice, only do what is comfortable for you and take whatever modifications you need 🥰
• There's no pressure here 🤍 listen to your body
• All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)

You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
