The Portland Building Restoration

The Portland Building is a 15-story municipal office building located in downtown Portland, Oregon. UNIPRO is pleased to be working with Howard S. Wright in the restoration of the exterior.

This beautiful building is distinguishable by its massive copper Portlandia statue sitting atop its entrance.

Our work includes waterproofing of decks, caulking, and sealing of the new terra cotta installed around the base of the building.
