Jonathan Turner, UKLFI Chief Executive, discusses the correct interpretation of the Provisional Measures Order of the International Court of Justice on 24 May 2024 in the claim of genocide brought by South Africa, with Cormac O hEadhra on RTE Radio 1's Drivetime. Contrary to widespread reporting, the Court did not require Israel to stop its military operation unconditionally. It said that Israel must cease the operation if it could bring about the destruction of the Palestinian group in Gaza.
