I wasn't planning on making this originally, but I saw a few people make their own edits and thought I would make my own version

Whereas most people are reanimating it, remaking it etc. my approach was more "well there's basically no chance they're gonna change anything so what can we do with what we got" and this was my answer.

After looking for music for my own Minecraft movie I though this piece By Andreas Zoeller really fit the "fantasy but also serious" kinda vibe I was looking for and i think it does a great job really tying the whole trailer together

There were a few scenes like the "i am Steve" and the "wat da hell" i tried to keep in, but it came across as too goofy for the vibe i was going for, hence they were cut entirely. I wanted to keep a bit of goofiness in but mostly a serious take on how the film could work. Sure my Trailer is a bit generic but ill take that any day over what we got officially.

I was surprised by how much just a bit of colour grading and sound effects really helped the atmosphere and made the world a bit more believable even with the real people in it. sure i still don't quite think the cast fit but here it's far less time with them just reacting hence the characters seem more interesting and less jarring.
