Today is the day. We started by preparing all the systems for deploying the side scan sonar for the first time. Focus was on setting up the pulley system to pull the aframe up and down. The a-frame is designed to run the cabling over the engines. Today we are using a very short 23m cable, but next week we will take the next step of setting up the winch with 600 meters of cabling.
