Recently Newyork times had reported that Mullaperiyar dam is in the risk of collapse. They quote the study of rivers international in the light of Libiya flood. Kerala is also in the risk of something similar to Libiya. only the scale is even bigger. Libiya had 30000 casualties while Kerala is in the risk of 3500000 casualties. its high time to raise awareness about it among the local people and this video intends to do that.
