Try something different and delicious~
You can change the filling ingredients to whatever you want, so feel free to use them.


*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

[3 Tortillas]
✤ Dough
2 Eggs
1g (2 pinches) Salt
40g Flat oats
100ml Milk
35g spinach (2 roots) can be replaced with other vegetables

✤ Filling
Red bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
green bell pepper
Carrot
Crab meat
Tofu

✤ Peanut sauce
60g (4Tbsp) Sugar-free peanut butter
16g (2Tbsp) Soy sauce
16g (2Tbsp) Lime juice (Lemon juice available)
16g (2Tbsp) Water
12g (1Tbsp) Honey

✤ Other
Rice paper (optional)


✤ TIP
You can dip it in yogurt instead of peanut sauce.
If you don’t like raw vegetables in the filling, you can use stir-fried or boiled vegetables.
The reason rice paper is attached is to hold the filling well and prevent the tortilla from tearing.
The more spinach you add, the darker the color.
