Hi... this time I made traditional food named Indian Layered Cake. It is easy to make, only need some patience when making the layers.

Indian Layered Cake Recipe
By @Cooking with Hel

Pan size 9 x 21 x 6 cm, grease it with oil and layer the base with non stick baking paper / heat resistant plastic, grease it with oil again.

Ingredients:
- 150 gr brown sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut fruit (or 200 ml instant coconut milk + 300 ml water)
- 1 sheet of pandan leaf
- 3 eggs
- 80 gr condensed milk
- 95 gr hunkwe (mung bean) flour

Instructions can be watched on the video.

Note:
The water for steaming must be a lot because the steaming process will be using big flame and taking quite long time. If it seems the water is going to runs out, you may add water in the middle of the steaming process

I used steamer, knife, and saucepan from Stein (https://shp.ee/2ahquc4). The pretty electric stove is from Mito (https://shp.ee/hix5vgk).
