Getting that first yacht job and starting your super yacht career is an incredibly exciting time, but it's also a step into the unknown, and will involve yacht crew duties that you may not have expected. In this video, I explain how to get yourself prepared to work on a super yacht; and, exactly what to expect from your first 24 hours on board.

You'll find out what to pack, how the travel arrangements work, and what it'll be like once you arrive on board. As part of your new super yacht life, you'll be responsible for the safety and security of the yacht. For this reason, you'll receive a full familiarisation within the first 24 hours as part of your super yacht training, and I'll even take you through some of the things that you can expect to learn.
