How to create a lighted disc effect is easy with impressive results. I use a phosphorus spray paint, this Cat will glow in a dark place. It makes the disc glow in the dark place/at night.
Tools and Materials:
1. Tools to unlock wheels
2. Sandpaper/IRON Brush
3. White spray paint (the color can be anything that is important bright)
4. Phosphorus spray paint.
5. Plastic for protection.
5.12v LED
6. A cup of coffee and passion.

For the process I think is obvious, painting as usual. For coating paint (PHOSPHORUS) try to be somewhat thick.
For lights/LEDS place facing discs and connect with City lights./ "B " Flaser and Ground
