This time I will make macarons!
You can easily make delicious macarons that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, even in the toaster!
The key is to dry the surface thoroughly before baking, and to harden the surface all at once at 180℃ first!

[Ingredients]
1 egg white
10g Granulated sugar
35g Almond poodle
35g Powdered sugar
Appropriate amount of Food coloring

50g Butter (salted)
1 egg yolk
15g Granulated sugar
10ml Water (2 teaspoons)

[How to make]
1. Put the egg whites in a bowl and whip them lightly with a hand mixer.
2. Add granulated sugar and make meringue. (it should be shiny all over and the peaks should be a little droopy)
3. Add food coloring to color. (slightly darker than desired)
4. Add the sifted almond powder and powdered sugar and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
5. Once the flour is incorporated, mash the meringue a little by pressing the spatula against the bowl .(macaronage)
6. Put the dough into a piping bag and pipe it onto a tray lined with baking paper.
7. Tap lightly from below to make the surface smooth and dry at room temperature.(30 to 40 minutes, until it doesn't stick when you touch it with your fingers)
8. Bake in a toaster. (180℃, 4 minutes)
9. Open the toaster door for about 10 seconds to lower the temperature, then bake further. (150℃, 10 minutes)
10. Cool at room temperature and slowly remove from oven sheet.
11. Knead the room temperature butter until smooth.
12. Put granulated sugar and water in a bowl and mix gently.
13. Add egg yolk and mix with a whisk until smooth.
14. Add the kneaded butter and mix well quickly.
15. Put it in a piping bag, squeeze it into macarons, and sandwich it. (if the cream is soft and dripping, cool it in the refrigerator a little)
*In the summer, the butter will soften and melt, so please store the macarons in a sealed container in the refrigerator and remove them before eating.
