Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
500 g spelt flour (type 630)
1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
150 g skyr (natural)
190 ml lukewarm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1-2 tablespoons spelled flakes
In the preheated oven at 250°C top/bottom heat for 20 minutes
