LOWLYING PLACENTA IN FIRST TRIMESTER
Sometimes, at the end of the first trimester, your NT scan report may show the placental position to be low lying.
Though it is low lying at this stage, as the baby grows, due to differential growth of the uterus, the position may change and become normal later in the pregnancy.
Hence, though we can follow certain restrictions like avoiding too much physical stress and strain, a low lying placenta at this early stage is likely to change.
