Unit is almost 1 year old. I have only used it about 8 times and is primarily used for camping. It has always charged fine using either solar, 12 volt from the car, or 110v. I didn't use it during the winter, so it spent those months indoors hooked up to 110 volt to remain topped off.

Went on a recent trip to Grand Canyon for 7 days and it charged just fine. When we got home I noticed the battery was only at 32%, even after driving for 8 hours while plugged into the cars 12 volt. I checked the unit a few days later and discovered the issue of the unit not wanting to charge via any method.

I contacted Jackery and they asked for a video showing the symptoms.
