Vasovagal syncope and orthostatic hypotension are more common than you think. 5% of the world's population experience it.
While driving, working out, looking at a needle, even in a bathroom, you faint.
Especially young females experience it a lot because they have low blood pressure due to diet and they get stressed with fatigue.
However, many of them just go "Oh, maybe I'm tired" and don't worry too much. (Yes... I was one of them, too.)
But, it happened at Seoul station and scared me sooooooo much.
There is no cure, so managing it well is my priority.

1. Drink lots of water
2. Stress management
3. Lower body workout
4. Compression stocking
This is what I have looked up so far.
The most exact diagnosis and information is from the hospital.

Also,
I have finished my wedding and came back to work because my honeymoon got postponed.
I'll post a video of it soon!
