Recipe and ingredients:
00:00 Grind 1 cup of oatmeal.
00:25 Add 1/2 cup oatmeal.
00:28 1 teaspoon cinnamon and stir.
00:43 1 banana.
00:54 1 apple.
01:32 Grind the banana and apple in a blender.
01:41 Add puree to oatmeal.
01:50 Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and stir.
02:21 Line the decoration with baking paper.
02:32 Place the dough on parchment.
03:09 1/3 cup walnuts.
03:14 Chop the nuts with a knife.
03:33 Sprinkle nuts over crust.
04:01 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180°C/356°F.
