Smoked Traeger Burgers | On the Pellet Grill. Super easy recipe, below is my seasonings

2 lb 80/20 burger
2 eggs
1 tsp Johnnys
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 paprika

Any bacon

225 degrees until 100 degree internal temp. Crank Traeger to 400 until internal is 145. Add cheese until 155 internal.

Don’t forget those pickles and ketchup! And toast that bun!
