Steps to prepare the marinated whelks with cucumber
Wash the whelks and put them in a pot with a good amount of water.
Cook until the whelk meat can be easily picked out with chopsticks.
Remove the whelk meat.
Cut into slices.
Wash and slice the cucumber into a clean bowl, add the sliced whelk meat and add the Ajiyaki soy sauce.
Add vinegar.
Add the oyster sauce and mix well.
