1 liter milk
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation of:
1. Add milk to the pot and bring it to boiling point.
2. Add lemon juice to boiling milk.

4. Add whey, olive oil or cream to soften the consistency and blend it in a robot.

Making Mozzarella Cheese
Materials:
3 liters of milk
1 tea glass of vinegar

Fabrication:
1. Transfer the milk to a suitable pot and heat it slightly.
2. Add vinegar to the heated milk and stir until the milk curdles completely.
3. Put the cheese on a wire strainer and drain the excess water.
