Finding out that I had fibroids changed my life as I knew it to be. My journey began to a happier, healthier me. For me this journey was personal, it was less about the diagnosis and more about my overall wellbeing. I committed 90 days to eliminating sugar and caffeine. I ate clean (plant based/alkaline) and found supplements to support my journey.

I am committed to a lifestyle adjustment that involves ridding myself of toxins that impact my mental, physical and spiritual. It's a challenge but I know what my body can do.
