For those that were having trouble seeing or just want to refer back, here's the text from the hacks and their respective timestamps:
1 at 0:54 Fermented rice water:
Wash rice and cover with water
Ratio 1:2 rice to water
Leave to sit for 8-48 hours

2. At 1:08 Boiled rice water:
Wash rice and boil rice in a ratio of 1:6 parts water. Pour off the creamy white water. Store in fridge for up to a week. This is your base.

3. At 1:26 Make a tea rinse:
(The Yao women boil the rice water with tea to make a rinse)
After cleansing hair apply to hair using a bowl to dip hair and avoid waste then make sure scalp is saturated.

4. At 1:51 A refresher spray can also be made, add some aloe to enhance the benefits.

5. At 2:03 It can be used as a skin toner--it's firming and cooling to the skin

6. At 2:17 Create an undereye brightening mask

7. At 2:32 Mix with your favorite ingredients to make a mask. Examples include avocado, rhassoul clay etc. Today I used 1 tsp of aloe vera powder to 2 tsp of rice water. Hello nourished skin. Benefits include hydration, firmness, healing of blemishes and lightening of scars and dark circles.

8. At 3:31 Make your own black soap shampoo:
Add warm rice water to melt the black soap

9. At 4:09 To strengthen damaged hair add to your deep conditioner in a clay (make sure it's a moisturizing one)
Rhassoul clay or aloe vera powder 1 tbsp [she then added an unlisted amount of rice water until and stirred until combined] Add your moisturizing deep conditioner
10. At 4:38 Add to your bath to relieve arthritis or even spondylitis
Bonus at 4:45 So what do you do with the remaining rice water? Make a skin scrub. 1 cup of rice, 1/3 cup of olive oil and rice water, 1 tbsp of chickpea powder. If overly smelly wash rice before use.
