Some of the most important exercises to consider:
1. First up is aerobic exercise, which includes running, swimming, biking, or playing tennis for at least 15 minutes, 4 times a week.
2. Strength training is also crucial for building muscle and improving cognitive function.
3. Next, dual task exercises that combine cognitive work with physical workout, such as ballroom dancing, pilates, and yoga.
