Researchers at Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology are using a grant from the NIH to better detect Alzheimer’s Disease. Led by Sharon Huang and Fenglong Ma, the multi-university team is developing a machine learning system that aims to allow doctors to provide more timely treatments and interventions and help predict the disease in its earliest stages.
