On our vacation in Barbados, we went to visit the road-side vendors to buy coconuts for breakfast. We didn't expect them to be chopping coconuts with a machete!

We whipped up the coconut water and meat into smoothies, made jerk-coconut fish marinade, mixed it with fresh homemade lemongrass tea - yum!
