As promised - my morning espresso workflow routine with La Marzocco Linea Mini and Eureka Mignon Silenzio. The shots pulled from the Linea are really delicious. I think anaerobic naturally processed coffees are my new favourite - the smell, texture and the taste are mind-blowing! And the Linea effortlessly delivers amazing tasting shots. It simply does not taste like it’s coming out from a home espresso machine. I hope you enjoy the video and please be kind!

I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:

Dose: 18 grams
Brew time: 35 seconds
Brew weight: ~36 grams
Temperature : 91°C
Brew pressure : 9 bar
