What do ‪@FocusriteTV‬, ‪@motuTV‬, ‪@UniversalAudio‬, ‪@Audientworld‬, and other developers of audio interfaces all have in common? Despite having interfaces with digitally controlled inputs, none of them provide direct integration with Logic Pro's Audio Device Controls and Direct Monitoring.

Why?

Since version 10.1, Logic's Audio Device Controls provide direct and immediate access to input controls for compatible audio interfaces. Including controls for preamp gain, phantom power, and even a button to switch between software and direct monitoring.

Yet, in 2023, there are basically no audio interfaces that take advantage of this level of direct integration with Logic Pro.

(Would love to see ‪@apogeedigital‬ get back on board with this functionality too!)

Why are developers ignoring this awesome feature?
