This tutorial video was created to help my Etsy customer create a Scrunchie Bandana for a cat!

She wanted modify the size by using an XS bandana flag with the Small Scrunchie piece and a longer piece of elastic!

The blue bandana was created using my XS bandana pattern and the rainbow one has been modified!
