As well as how you always have to prepare yourself for the worst circumstances because during the soccer games, you will not receive easy balls, 99% of the time you will get bad passes. You certainly have to master technical part of the first touch such as timing and body position etc. Then you need to know how to have a great first touch when moving and what leads you to create the space!
