Several months ago, I started purchasing some inflatable accessories (mattress, chair & otterman). Then it happen, a 8 person tent ⛺️ was on sale that I've had my eye on for quite a while.

I purchased the tent, and the weather was awesome and sunny 🌞. So, I made my way to Lake Reidsville Campground to try it out. I took it straight out of the box. Let me tell you, this tent kicked my butt. Guess it would have been a lot easier if it were two people. But it was just me.

The tent ⛺️ was up, inflatables blown up, tent was "glamped out" and I was able to get in some fishing 🎣. Let me just say I was out there on the banks. I did catch a twig that felt like the "big fish" 🐟, smh.

The sun was gone, and night 🌙 was upon me. With it, the temperature fell as well. It was COLD! I knew the temperature🌡 was going to be in the °40's, but I was so excited about the highs that I didn't prepare for the night action. The only thing I brought was a "throw blanket."

Being that I was "glamping" and only ten minutes from home. I hurried home to my RV and retrieved the electric blanket, and headed back. When I arrived, I plugged that mug in, and oh, what a relief it was, lol. 😆

I sleep through the night like a baby, good and toasty. The next day, I woke, got dressed, and met the fellows on the other side at the boat dock for some fishing. Caught a few, headed back for my workout in taking the tent down and headed home.
