600g ginger(500g skin removed)
500g sugar
Preparation)
1. Soak ginger in water, rub with hands, peel, wash thoroughly, and remove excess moisture.
2. Put ginger in a food processor and grind it finely.
3. Add an equal amount of sugar to ginger and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Place in a clean bottle, age at room temperature for half a day, then keep in a refrigerator.
