We’ll begin in simple seated partner yoga stretches that will leave you feeling stretched out and connected with your partner. Then we’ll move into a flying session with a couple of advanced acro (acrobatic) yoga poses plus progressions so you and your partner can find the acro yoga positions that work for you two each time you practice together. This practice will leave you feeling good with a newfound trust, and playfulness.
