1. Pokhara to Soti Khola:
Start your journey from Pokhara, which is a major tourist hub in Nepal. You can take a bus or hire a private vehicle to reach the town of Soti Khola, which is the starting point for the Manaslu Circuit Trek. The journey takes around 10-11 hours by road.

2. Soti Khola to Machha Khola:
Begin your trek from Soti Khola and trek to Machha Khola. This is the first leg of the Manaslu Circuit Trek, and the trail passes through beautiful landscapes, small villages, and terraced fields.

3. Machha Khola to Jagat:
Continue trekking from Machha Khola to Jagat. You'll pass through lush forests, cross suspension bridges over rivers, and encounter local Gurung and Tibetan communities along the way.

4. Jagat to Deng:
Trek from Jagat to Deng. The trail gradually ascends, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Deng is a small village where you can rest and interact with the locals.

4. Deng to Namrung:
From Deng, trek to Namrung. The trail passes through dense forests and crosses several streams. Namrung is a picturesque village with traditional stone houses and terraced fields.

5. Namrung to Samagaun:
Continue trekking from Namrung to Samagaun. This part of the trek offers stunning views of Mount Manaslu, the eighth highest mountain in the world. Samagaun is a Tibetan village with monasteries, prayer flags, and breathtaking scenery.
