Did you know that this Gerstlauer bobsled coaster is the company's first roller coaster or that Thor's Hammer at Djurs Sommerland in Denmark is a clone of this one?
Fun fact: On its opening day, Dirk Auer (world record holder for traveling 168 mph/270 km/h on in-line skates) skated his way around G'Sengte Sau's track on specially designed skates, while carrying a liter of beer. The stunt was performed for the popular German TV game show "Wetten Das" (You Bet) that has been on the air since 1981 and has been copied in many countries including the UK and USA.
