* Fresh Parsley
* Curry leaves
* 6 cloves of garlic
* 1 onion
* Peppers: combination of shombo/bawa & scotch bonnets.
* 1 Red bell pepper

DRY RUB
* 1tbsp onion powder
* 1tbsp cayenne pepper
* 1/2 tbsp paprika
* 1/2 tbsp curry powder
* 1tbsp fish seasoning
* 1tbsp crayfish seasoning
