It picks up at the end of November in 2018 when I went to go do a Brain MRI, a PET CT, and a Ultrasound guided Biopsy to assess how well the previous surgeries and radiation fared up to determine my future treatments.
The plan, assuming that everything was all good, was that I was to do adjuvant systemic treatments of single dose immunotherapy of KeyTruda along with chemotherapy regiment of CVD.  

This trip did not turn out how I expected it to.
