There are some people who like their Halo missions long, there are some people who like their Halo missions hard and there are others who like their Halo missions long and hard.

If you’re one of them, then the level Gravemind in Bungie's Halo 2 might just be your idea of perfection - Gravemind is a meatgrinder which never slows down for a second, and while it may perhaps last a little too long, for many it will be worth it due to the incredible amount of Halo 2 story it manages to pack into its runtime.

In this video, I analyse everything from Gravemind's level design and gameplay to its story, setting and atmosphere, to try and explain why this particular Halo 2 mission is such a great experience, while also drawing comparisons to other missions in the Halo series.
