A recreation of the entire ZSL London Zoo in Planet Zoo! The zoo is built as it was between 1980-1991 which means it has Elephants, Rhinos, Giant Pandas, Sea Lions, Polar Bears, Wolves & more!

I researched this using various books (The Buildings of London Zoo - RCHME, London Zoo From Old Photographs - John Edwards, Golden Days - Historic Photos of the London Zoo & The Zoo - J. Barrington-Johnson) and several vintage London Zoo guides. I also got some hard to find information from the good people of the ZooChat forum and building techniques from PaulsleyYT, DeLadysigner & the BroNation. Any inaccuracies are either my mistake or caused by limitations within the franchise mode of Planet Zoo. If you spot any mistakes feel free to let me know in the comments!

CORRECTIONS
There are some inaccuracies in this recreation which I'll point out here:

Some of the buildings and habitats in the zoo have been built larger than they were in real life due to the limitations of franchise mode in Planet Zoo.
The Moonlit World underneath the Clore Pavilion is missing as building habitats underneath other habitats was beyond my skills when I built this.
The Seal Pond should be next to the Penguin Pool not the Sea Lion Pond, unfortunately the only place I could get the pathing to work was next to the Sea Lion Pond.
The Otter & Meerkat habitats were rebuilt at some point in the late 90s or early 2000s, I was unaware of this so built them as they stand now. They were much more basic in the 1980s.
I couldn't find a reference for the aviaries opposite the Tropical Bird House so these are my own creations.
The Cotton Terraces had more habitats but I ran out of space.
There were enclosures for Pheasants on the banks of the canal but there are no Pheasants in Planet Zoo so I didn't build them.
