DOUGH:
4 cups all-purpose flour
+ 1/4 cup flour for kneading
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup water (lukewarm)
1/2 cup milk (lukewarm)
1 large egg (room temp)
57g butter (softened)

FILLING:
113g butter (softened)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder

GLAZE:
50g cream cheese (room temp)
15g butter (softened)
1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
1/8 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
